Disinformation
No-757-at-Pentagon supporters (mainly 2005-2006 info) |
I already knew many people were supporting this theory, but only after I made a list of these (widely-known) individuals I realized that almost the entire prominent part of the alternative 911 movement promotes the idea that no 757 could have hit the Pentagon. Anyone who read my article knows that the 'evidence' that led to these conclusions is hopelessly flawed. Isn't it amazing then that so many 9/11 "investigators" continue to promote this idea?
| 1. |
Dylan Avery |
Written and directed the 2005 movie 'Loose Change'. which promotes the no-757 theory. Received help from Phil Yayhan and Korey Rowe. Michael Green, Ph.D., wrote an analysis of the film, which, as almost all other 9/11 movies, is hopelessly selective in presenting its evidence. |
| 2. |
Dr. Fred Bell |
Disclosure Project witness. Pleiadian contactee. Regular visitor of Coast to Coast AM. Founder of Pyradyne. Set up his own radio show on which, in early 2006, he began claiming that anyone who believed that Flight 77 hit the Pentagon is an idiot. He'll be dealt with more in depth in the future by PEHI. |
| 3. |
Andreas von Bülow |
A lawyer and former Social Democratic politician from Germany who once headed an important investigating committee on illegal German intelligence practices. Has published an extensive study on the CIA in the past. According to Wikipedia, von Bulow in his 2003 book 'Die CIA und der 11. September' claims "that no plane crashed into the Pentagon and none in Pennsylvania on 9/11, and that the alleged mobile phone calls on United Airlines Flight 93 were not real". Bulow is a member of Scholars for 9/11 Truth. |
| 4. |
John Carlson |
His articles are published by Rense on a continuous bases. All of them deal with no-757 and pod theories. Usually draws bizarre and speculative conclusions, while continually referring to his own past Rense articles. He also denounces peak oil. |
| 5. |
Christopher Bollyn |
An investigative journalist working for the American Free Press. Blames the Zionists and Israel for 9/11. Supports the no-757-hit-the-Pentagon theory. His report on the seismic spikes is very interesting. He implies they were caused by explosives, but the quotes from a few geologists he presents never state that. Yet, the way he presents these quotes could easily fool someone in believing these people supported what he implied. In March 2005, he claimed that Ben Chertoff, author of a 9/11 hit-piece, was a cousin of Michael Chertoff of Homeland Security. When Ben was questioned about this issue on Coast to Coast, he explained that he doesn't know Michael and that the different branches of the family probably split off somewhere in the 19th century. Bollyn knew this, but never mentioned this in his story, not even as the 'opinion' of the Chertoffs. Bollyn even called Ben Chertoff an 'Illuminati Disinformation Tool' (AFP, March 6, 2005). A really smart accusation. |
| 6. |
Michel Chossudovsky |
Canadian based investigator. Long time promoter of the famous no-757 flash movie. In the past it was continuously featured on the introduction page of Globalresearch. Although it is a little bit less visible today, it is still there (last check in 2006). October 2007: Did another check, and it turns out that right on the main page there's a link to David von Kleist, on the Glen Beck Show, talking about how no 757 could have hit the Pentagon. |
| 7. |
Col. Donn de Grand-Pre |
Former government arms dealer. On the Alex Jones Show, February 29, 2004: "You are talking about what hit the Pentagon, right John? It was a cruise missile. It could have been a Global Hawk. It was not a commercial aircraft." |
| 8. |
Franco Farcassi and Francesco Trento |
In early 2008 they produced the film 'Zero - An Investigation Into 9/11', which they tried to promote to the European Parliament with the help from Andreas von Bulow and David Ray Griffin. The film claims that a 757 could not have hit the Pentagon and to make this point they show interviews with Capt. Russ Wittenberg of Pilots for 9/11 Truth and the even more questionable Gen. Albert Stubblebine. They also very selectively present photographs and testimony. In their defense, two persons they interview actually do present interesting information on the defenses around Washington: John Judge, 9/11 investigator for Congresswoman Cynthia McKinney; and especially Robin Hordon, flight controller at Boston Center for 11 years and a flight instructor. Amanda Keller, Atta's girlfriend, is also featured. I actually recommend the film; just ignore the no-plane theory. |
| 9. |
James H. Fetzer |
Talked about his no-757-at-Pentagon
theories at the February 23rd, 2006, Coast to Coast AM. He speculated it might have been a A-3 Skywarrior. Asked him for a reply on my article, but instead of reading any of it I got a clone of Hufschmid's replies (without the accusations of being one of 'them'):
1. "The whole is 10 feet wide"
2. "I see no debris"
3. "The hijackers couldn't have flown the plane"
4. "The phone calls couldn't have been made"
5. "I suspect many witnesses had to sign a non-disclosure document/ military witnesses gave fake testimonies"
If you work like that it's obvious you can dream up any theory. His partner at st911.org, Steven E. Jones, is much more reasonable and thinks the no-757 evidence is no good, but also thinks we need more data.
In addition, Fetzer wrote 'The Great Zapruder Film Hoax,' which has been reviewed by Michael B. Green (Ph.D.), one of the few persons whose judgement I tend to trust. His comments are also very recognizable:
"In its 496 pages, the book never gets around to making a single direct argument for the fabrication of the Zapruder film. The book is little more than a random collection of observations concerning features of the film which various contributors find odd and therefore label "proof of forgery. They consider these features "anomalies" but make no attempt to link any of them to each other or to show how any of these random claims disclose a process of fabrication.”"
It's interesting to note that the JFK assassination movie is one of the most convincing aspects of that whole event, even though some early parts of the movie may have been deleted. It truly is "smoking gun" evidence.
After Jim Garrison's investigation, the headshot was "explained" by scientist Luis W. Alvarez, a person I just happened to come a across in a list of JASON Scholars [article], a group of scientists who work for the military-industrial complex. Among other things, Alvarez was also part of the January 1953 Durant Panel Report in which the recent UFO waves were debunked as paranoia.
Former CIA-pilot John Lear (a Rudi Dekkers clone), who also promotes the no-757-at-Pentagon theory, coincidentally also promoted very questionable Zapruder film theories, even though he had been shown very high quality movie material proving this theory was wrong. This person, mentioned below, also promoted the most extreme alien theories (the exact opposite of Alvarez). Lear's self-ascribed job was to stir "the shit up somewhere." |
| 10. |
Tom Flocco |
Supports Karl Schwarz in his small-plane theories and has never commented on my Pentagon article I sent to him. Regularly invited to Rense. On September 22, 2005, he came out with a message that French and American intelligence agents had arrested Barbara Olson, the wife of a former Bush administration official, on the (non-existent) Polish-Austrian border, while in possession of a fake Vatican passport. Olson is said to have been a passenger in one of the hijacked 911 planes. In the article he repeats that there is no evidence of a plane hitting the Pentagon and claims his (anonymous) intelligence sources told him the same thing. |
| 11. |
David Ray Griffin |
A respected philosopher of religion at the Claremont School of Theology since the 1970s. Wrote the well known book 'The New Pearl Harbor' in which he assembled all the conspiracy theories without seemingly checking the facts. The Santa Barbara Independent of April 2004 quoted him as saying: "The physical evidence, photographs, and eyewitness testimony say that the Pentagon was hit by something that caused a hole no larger than 18 feet in diameter. The story the Pentagon put out, and was published by the Washington Post, was that the hole in the Pentagon was five stories high and 200 feet wide." The foreword of Griffin's book has been written by Richard A. Falk, a member of the Council on Foreign Relations. Both have written books on globalization on their own and together. Not to jump to conclusions here, but you'd guess Griffin would have chosen anyone BUT a CFR member, knowing how sensitive this privately-funded 'government' institute is. The book has been extremely popular in the 911 Truth Movement for quite some time now.
Update, March 2008: Okay, just when I had become comfortable with the fact that Richard Falk is a member of the CFR, I came across the fact that this person is member of the National Advisory Committee of the Middle East Policy Council. Falk wrote: "David Ray Griffin has established himself—alongside Seymour Hersh—as America's number one bearer of unpleasant, yet necessary, public truths." Several anti-Zionist, anti-Neoconservative articles have been published on the website of the Middle East Policy Council. The council is part of the pro-Saudi oil network (i.e. anti-Israel and anti-Neocon). |
| 12. |
Stefan Grossmann |
German christian. Blames the zionists and the neocons. Claims the original planes never hit the WTC or the Pentagon. The engines were too small in case of the WTC, so according to him it was probably a missile covered in a hologram. Gives Killtown and Webfairy a 6-star rating. Mad Cow gets 1 star. Not really a structure in his rating system. Produced a 30 minute movie in 2004 or 2005. |
| 13. |
Eric Hufschmid |
Supports the theory that no plane hit the Pentagon and didn't bother to address the issues I had brought up in my article. Immediately accused me of being one of 'them'. Implies a Global Hawk or a missile must have hit the Pentagon. Also claims NASA never went to the moon. In a discussion with Richard Hoagland on August 25, 2005, Hufschmid proved to everyone he has a very radical non-scientific way of thinking. Also, the more he was cornered the harder he started to yell and skip from topic to topic. Maybe he has one now, but on the show he stated that he didn't own a TV while doing his investigations. |
| 14. |
David Icke |
Like the way this guy explains some of the basic stuff. Also generally agree with his ideas about spirituality and reality. Too bad he has fallen for this no-757 theory, especially because he has done a thorough investigation of 9/11. Repeats the theory in his latest book 'Infinite Love is the only Truth' (repeats the theory on page 7). |
| 15. |
Arkadiusz Jadczyk |
Well-known theoretical physicist. Supports the theory that no plane hit the Pentagon and didn't bother to address the issues I had brought up in my article. He is a big promoter of the 9/11 flash movie, which selectively present information about the Pentagon. Also wrote the book 'The High Strangeness of Dimensions, Densities and the Process of Alien Abduction'. |
| 16. |
John Kaminski |
Blames the zionists and Israel. Supports the theory that no plane hit the Pentagon. Claims the phone calls made from the airliners were bogus. Frequent guest of Rense. |
| 17. |
Dave Von Kleist |
Produced the video '911 - In Plane Site', which greatly focuses on the pod issue and the no-757 theories. Even sent his video to Congress members. |
| 18. |
John Lear |
Returned to Coast to Coast AM in 2003 and 2004 after he and especially Bill Cooper trashed the entire UFO community back in the late eighties. As the son of the person who invented the learjet, and as a long time pilot himself, many people value his opinion. When he was asked on one of these two C2C shows whether or not a plane could have hit the Pentagon, he immediately answered that such a thing would not have been possible as the ground effect should have pushed the plane back up in the air.
Personally, I see John Lear as the same kind of guy Rudi Dekkers is: seemingly involved in all kinds of shady business with air planes (drugs; gold; weapons), messy lifestyle, drinking, continuous womanizing, CIA contacts (Lear flew for the CIA), and the people around these persons know none of their words can be trusted.
Back in July 1991, investigative reporter Lars C. Hansson, who spend a lot of time around John Lear, produced two long affidavits completely exposing Lear and Bill Cooper for the frauds they were. In between he wrote a lot about the Fascist international, a topic which tends to get a lot of serious researchers into trouble. He mentions how Lear's self-ascribed job was to stir "the shit up somewhere." |
| 19. |
William Lewis |
Producer of the 2006 film One Nation under Siege. In his film he only put a few general statements about 9/11 that in themselve mean nothing. Just before General Stubblebine appears on the screen, Lewis talks about how a 757 could never have hit the Pentagon. Von Kleist backs him up on that. Then after Stubblebine is done, Lewis claims there's also evidence that no United Airlines and American Airlines hit the World Trade Center. He repeats the completely discredited claim of Mark Burnback and even says there were "numerous other eyewitness" who made similar statements, which is completely false. Lewis worked with General Stubblebine and Rima Laibow in his movie. These two built the UFO abduction movement in the 1990s, which Lewis forgets to mention in his video, and stand accused of having destroyed the UFO community with their disinformation. Both have also been accused of spreading disinformation in the health and vitamine movement that struggles against the Codex Alimentarius.
There's another coincidence pertaining to One Nation Under Siege. Check out Out There TV - Episode 223, a conspiracy program straight from the twilight zone. At some point Lewis says: "The psychotronic generators are probably there in the cell towers right now... I have interviewed a few people from the KGB who would say that they built them and sold them to the US." Not really the smartest way to promote your movie, most people would think. However, as you can see in this list, it seems the intelligence-connected, anti-communist and evangelical right wing has been very active in trying to discredit the 9/11 conspiracy. |

Geoff Metcalf |
Former Special Forces guy. (Frustrating Fraud blog) ... Appeared on such questionable media outlets as Fox & Friends, G. Gordon Liddy, Mancow and others.
http://www.worldnetdaily.com/news/article.asp
?ARTICLE_ID=26777
In late 2007, WorldNetDaily was promoting 'Defeat Communism' shirts, referring to Hilary Clinton. Jerome R. Corsi is tied to WorldNetDaily. WorldNetDaily is a supporter of Ann Coulter. |
| 21. |
Thierry Meyssan |
French guy who made a name for himself in 2002 when he claimed a bomb was detonated next to the Pentagon instead of an airliner crashing into it. Meyssan's later story changed to a missile or small drone. Just as all the other no-757 promoters, he used partial quotes like "something like a cruise missile with wings". |
| 22. |
Leuren Moret |
August 8, 2005, Greg Szymanski, ' High-Ranking Army Officer - Missile Hit Pentagon': Leuren Moret: "I'm not an explosives or crash site expert, but I am highly knowledgeable in causes and effects related to nuclear radiation contamination. What happened at the Pentagon is highly suspicious, leading me to believe a missile with a depleted uranium warhead may have been used..." Haven't seen an explanation why this couldn't have been vaporized depleted uranium counterweights often used in airplanes. Leuren Moret worked at Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory and fights against the use of depleted uranium. Claims this is the cause of the Gulf War Syndrome, which seems to have disabled some 200,000 veterans. |
| 23. |
Colonel George Nelson |
Introduced himself to the 9/11 Truth community in early 2006. September 15, 2006, Nelson to Prisonplanet: "I retired from the US Air Force in 1995 after a reasonably successful 30-year career in aircraft maintenance, and a variety of other command support functions. I'm a licensed, commercial pilot and an airframe and power plant mechanic. I'm a certified, experienced aircraft crash investigator, and have worked in, out, around and under just about every type of aircraft flown by the US Air Force during the past 50 years. That information is to help you understand, that as the subject may pertain to aircraft, I'm no novice." Nelson in an article he wrote for Physics911: "With all the evidence readily available at the Pentagon crash site, any unbiased rational investigator could only conclude that a Boeing 757 did not fly into the Pentagon as alleged. Similarly, with all the evidence available at the Pennsylvania crash site, it was most doubtful that a passenger airliner caused the obvious hole in the ground and certainly not the Boeing 757 as alleged." Amazingly, even in 2006, Col. Nelson still entertains the pod theory. In a prominent post at the Let's Roll forums (he has been given top-post status there): "The aircraft that was reported in the government's official story to have crashed into the south tower was United Airlines, Flight 175 carrying 65 passengers, including the crew and five highjackers. One of the television news cameras captured the Boeing 767, just as it was banking into a left turn, seconds before striking the building. Underneath the fuselage, installed across the starboard aircraft wing root, is a visible, large piece of equipment that most viewers have called a “Pod”... No record of an STC was found that would authorize such external equipment to be used on a Part 121, Boeing 767 airliner. This leads to a more disturbing speculation, that the airplane seen hitting the south tower was not UAL flight 175, but a plane that had been substituted for flight 175." Recommends the websites 911scholar, Physics911 and Wing TV. Hangs out at the forums of Pilots for 911 Truth and Let's Roll. |

Don Paul |
Don Paul in '9/11 and the Evil in America', a documentary on the 9/11 Truth movement broadcasted in 2006 by Rupert Murdoch's SkyNews: "You ask what I think hit the Pentagon? I think it was a combination of internal explosives and a hard-nosed missile. Certainly the nose cone of a commercial airliner... could not have made that penetration... I do believe that the airliner was disposed of in the least conspicuous matter possible, for a long time I thought it was probably dumped directly into the Atlantic Ocean and that still seems to me the likeliest thing." |
| 25. |
John Rappoport |
Editor of www.nomorefakenews.com. Interviewed by Coast to Coast AM on secret societies. Rappoport in '9/11 and the Evil in America', a documentary on the 9/11 Truth movement broadcasted in 2006 by Rupert Murdoch's SkyNews: "When you look at photographs of the holes punched into the Pentagon they are much too small to accommodate that gigantic jetliner. It just doesn't work. Now, you can speculate that large pieces of the plane were torn off on impact and scattered everywhere, but they are not to be found on photographs. You don't see wings lying around on the lawn of the Pentagon for example." |

Morgan Reynolds, Ph.D. |
Texas A & M Professor Emeritus of Economics, former Chief Economist for the Department of Labor for President George W. Bush, and former Director of the Criminal Justice Center at the National Center for Policy Analysis. Came 'out of the closet' in 2005:
June 9, 2005, Morgan Reynolds, 'Why Did the Trade Center Skyscrapers Collapse?': "It is well-known that the hole in the west wing of the Pentagon, less than 18-foot diameter, was too small to accommodate a Boeing 757, but the North Tower’s hole wasn’t big enough for a Boeing 767 either, the alleged widebody airliner used on AA Flight 11..." |
| 27. |
Doug Rokke |
August 8, 2005, Greg Szymanski, ' High-Ranking Army Officer - Missile Hit Pentagon': Doug Rokke: "When you look at the whole thing, especially the crash site void of airplane parts, the size of the hole left in the building and the fact the projectile's impact penetrated numerous concrete walls, it looks like the work of a missile... And when you look at the damage, it was obviously a missile. Also, if you look at the WTC and the disturbing flash hitting the tower right before the impact of the airplane, it also looks like a missile was used." Doug Rokke was in charge of a team that had to try to clean up the depleted uranium mess after Gulf War I. He became sick and many of his team died of cancer. |

Karl Schwarz |
I sent him my Pentagon article thinking he might be interested. No reply. Conservative christian. President and CEO of Patmos Nanotechnologies and a couple of other extremely low-profile companies. Promotes the theory that a small plane hit the Pentagon. He also supports the idea that no 767's hit the WTC. Claims while being a corporate executive in Washington that he was being set up for blackmail. According to him, he was even offered to go out hunting on children (Rense show, 2005). Has been talking about making himself available for presidential elections. |
| 29. |
David Shayler |
This Is Bristol, 13 September 2005, '9/11 'The Work of Security Chiefs': "Mr Shayler, a former MI5 officer who was jailed for disclosing security secrets, believes there are some elements within the FBI, CIA and the US government who wanted "another Pearl Harbour" so they had public support for invasions in oil-producing countries. Mr Shayler spoke to an audience of about 200 people at the Cube cinema in Kingsdown after a 45-minute film which questioned the official version of the terrorist attacks. He said there was no evidence that a plane had hit the Pentagon, and claimed it was more likely to have been a missile... He also discussed the possibility of the 7/7 London Tube bombings being set up by the Government or security agencies. Mr Shayler believes Dr David Kelly was an MI6 agent who was murdered and he alleged that Tony Blair worked for MI5 before he became Labour leader." As usual, I agree with his opinions, but why does he have to talk about the no-757 theory? |
| 30. |
Sherman Skolnick |
Since 1963 he has been the founder and chairman of the Citizen's Committee to Clean Up the Courts. Had some success with it. Never mentions any sources in his articles. I sent him my Pentagon article, thinking he might be interested since I hadn't seen any no-757 theories from him. No reply. Two weeks later an article went around the internet wherein he claimed that missiles or drones struck the Pentagon. Supposedly, they were launched from an aircraft carrier out in the Atlantic. |
| 31. |
Joel Skousen |
Skousen is the nephew of Cleon Skousen, a Mormon who wrote the 1970 conspiracy best-seller 'The Naked Capitalist' (largely a review of Carroll Quigley's book 'Tragedy and Hope'). In the book Cleon states that JFK was killed by a conspiracy... a Communist conspiracy behind Oswald, and his supposedly was the whole deal behind the JFK controversy. The extremist evangelical leader Pat Robertson (an associate of Jerry Falwell and Dr. D. James Kennedy of the CIA-Mossad-MI6 sponsored Maldon Institute) considered Cleon a good friend of his in his book 'The New World Order'. Cleon also was a leader in the right-wing evangelical John Birch Society (of the same network as Robertson, Falwell and Kennedy).
Joel Skousen was a US Marine fighter pilot in the Vietnam era. During the late '70s he began an architectural career designing and consulting on high security residences and retreats throughout North America (i.e., fall-out shelters for the coming Russian attack). In the 1980's he was chairman of the Conservative National Committee in Washington DC and served as the Executive Director of Conservative Digest. Skousen in a May 12, 2002 email about his participation in the hard-right evangelical Council for National Policy (again, part of the same evangelical hard-right network described above): "It was started back in the mid-80s while I was Chairman of the Conservative National Committee. Mine was a hard-line, no compromise strategy and organization, theirs was a competing soft-line, 'get along with the big boys' strategy and organization--and they won out, naturally. I've been to a few of their meetings--nothing sinister, just fairly dull, moderate Republican type conservatives trying to influence government policy in a moderate way..." For a number of years now he publishes his World Affairs Brief, which has a specific focus on the Soviet Union, how it is preparing for World War III, and how it is still trying to take over the world.
February 14, 2005, Joel Skousen and copied by Rense, ' Debunking The Debunkers': "The issues of the penetration hole and the lack of large pieces of debris simply do not jive with the official story, but they are explainable if you include the parking lot video evidence that shows a huge white explosion at impact. This cannot happen with an aircraft laden only with fuel. It can only happen in the presence of high explosives. Some witnesses saw a smaller aircraft, others saw the Boeing. One or two saw and heard a missile launch. Could all three have been present? I think so... [goes on for a while]... Only a missile could have penetrated that far. Was a missile on the smaller jet seen by witnesses used to prep the hardened Pentagon façade?" Predictably, Skousen goes on to list some of the conspiracies which happened under the Left Wing presidency of Bill Clinton: "In like manner, other programs have been produced at great expense to discredit the charges of government cover-ups in the Vince Foster and Ron Brown murders, the downing of TWA 800 by a missile, and the OKC bombing of the Murrah building."
Interestingly, Joel Skousen has joined Pilots for 9/11 Truth, a organization which against all the evidence, tries to upheld the no-757 at Pentagon theory. He's in the company of about 50 other (former) pilots, including the earlier-mentioned UFO guy John Lear.
|
| 32. |
General Albert "Bert" Stubblebine |
Made the claim that no 757 could have hit the Pentagon in the 2006 film 'One Nation Under Siege'. Stubblebine was head of Military Intelligence 1980-1984. Vice president of Intelligence Systems at BDM International from about 1984 to 1990, an aerospace and defense contractor, which is suspected by of involvement in black projects dealing with psychotronic weapon development. Chairman of PSI TECH since 1990. Ed Dames and Col. John Alexander, a close associate of Stubblebine, were directors of PSI-TECH. Member of the Executive Advisory Board for the American Board for Certification in Homeland Security. Said to have played a role in the Aviary, the intelligence group that interfaced with the civilian UFO community. This group is accused of spreading disinformation in the UFO community. He and his wife, psychologist Rima Laibow, have independently been accused of spreading disinformation in the health food and natural vitamine community. |
| 33. |
Greg Szymanski |
Picks many interesting and less interesting conspiracy stories to write about. Through his articles it is clear that he supports the theory that no 757 hit the Pentagon. |
| 34. |
Webster Griffin Tarpley |
Historian and well-known conspiracy author. Wrote 'George Bush: The Unauthorized Biography'. In 2005, on Rense, he said he's certain that no 757 hit the Pentagon. He recently finished the book '911 Synthetic Terror'. |
| 35. |
Victor Thorn |
Has his own show called Wing TV and wrote the book '9-11 on Trial', in which he claims no 757 could have hit the Pentagon. All Victor and his partner Lisa are doing these days is attack other researchers (mostly with pretty laughable arguments): Alex Jones, Michael Ruppert, Jack Blood, Rense, and Tom Flocco are among them. They blame the Neocons and Zionists and are big supporters of the movie 'Loose Change'. Never reacted to my article when I asked them to take a look at it. |
| 36. |
Jimmy Walter |
The millionaire businessman who has been paying loads of money for advertizements and international speaking engagements. Runs reopen911.org, a website that prominently features the no-757 theories for both the Pentagon and the WTC. |
| 37. |
Barrie Zwicker |
November 15, 2003, Toronto Observer, 'Canadian critic challenges official 9-11 story': "I think a lot of the questions have been answered," Zwicker said. "For instance, the question of whether an airliner crashed into the Pentagon has now been answered by all sorts of physical evidence. If you do spectrometry analysis of the pictures of the fire, [it’s clear] an airliner did not go in." |
Additional note: A while ago I checked out a Loose Change forum in which a person opened a topic discussing my article. In no-time he was attacked by numerous critics who didn't bother to read the article. What was interesting was that one of these passionate critics made an average of just over 42 (!) posts a day on that forum alone. Several other critics had an average of "only" 10 to 15 posts a day.
Forget all these on-line or TV discussions. These debates never solve anything as there's usually at least one side that defends a certain interest (or is just plain stupid) and is not interested in the truth. Do your homework, give other people your opinion and sources when they ask for it, then go do something more useful.
